Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026These terms govern your use of Tårtly. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Order and contract
When you place an order, you enter a contract directly with the assigned patisserie. Tårtly acts as the platform and payment recipient.
2. Price and payment
Prices are in SEK including VAT. Payment is taken at order time by card. The platform fee is shown at checkout.
3. Customization and realism
A cake is craft. The finished product may differ slightly from the design preview. We and the patisserie always strive for the best possible match.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is free until the patisserie has accepted. After that, refunds are handled case by case based on production status.
5. Pickup
Pickup is at the assigned patisserie in Malmö. You are responsible for picking up within the time window given.
6. Disputes
For issues, contact us first at hi@tartly.se. Unresolved disputes are handled under Swedish law, with Malmö District Court as first instance.
